Can I substitute the almond milk with another type of milk?
Yes, you can substitute unsweetened almond milk with any other unsweetened milk alternative, such as coconut milk, cashew milk, or soy milk. Just ensure that the milk you choose fits within your dietary preferences and requirements.
Can I make these muffins ahead of time and reheat them later?
Absolutely! These muffins are perfect for meal prep. Once baked, allow them to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4-5 days. When ready to enjoy, simply reheat them in the microwave for a quick and convenient breakfast option.
I don't have a mini muffin tin. Can I use a regular-sized muffin tin instead?
While the recipe is designed for mini muffins, you can certainly use a regular-sized muffin tin. Keep in mind that the baking time may need to be adjusted. Start by baking them for the same amount of time listed in the recipe, but keep an eye on them and extend the baking time as needed until they are fully set and golden brown on top. Enjoy your larger, equally delicious breakfast muffins!
Can I customize the ingredients in these muffins to suit my dietary preferences or allergies?
Absolutely! This recipe is highly adaptable. If you're vegetarian, you can omit the bacon and add in more vegetables or plant-based protein alternatives like tofu or tempeh. Similarly, feel free to swap out the cheddar cheese for your favorite cheese variety, or use dairy-free cheese if you're lactose intolerant. Additionally, you can adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences, adding more or less salt and pepper as desired. Get creative and tailor these muffins to fit your unique dietary needs and flavor preferences!

Can you use a regular muffin pan? Adjust the micros I’m assuming.

Where does the cheese and almond milk come in. Not mentioned in any step above.

I'd add milk after whisking eggs. Then add cheese with other ingredients.

Probably in step 3

I never use almond milk, however, I add the cheese to the egg mixture.

Similar recipes I’ve tried have you add the milk to egg mixture. You can put the cheese on top of veges before pouring the egg mixture in or put cheese on top of egg mixture before baking. My best guess.
