Keto Sesame Kale Salad
This Tuscan kale salad is coated in a sweet tahini dressing with a hint of lemon and left to marinate and soften. The salad is topped with crunchy toasted sesame seeds to serve.
This makes a great side salad to grilled meat or crispy tofu.

Ingredients
Organic Tuscan Kale by Organics
2 cups
Tahini
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Sesame Oil
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Sesame Seeds
1 teaspoon, whole pieces
Lemon Juice
½ tablespoon
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
½ tablespoon

Step 1
Roughly tear the kale leaves and add to a large mixing bowl, discarding any tough stems.Step 2
Crush the garlic and add to a small bowl along with the tahini, lemon juice, syrup, sesame oil and olive oil. Whisk together to combine.Step 3
Drizzle the dressing over the kale and use your hands to thoroughly massage the marinade into the leaves for a minute or two. Set aside for ten minutes to soften the leaves.Step 4
Whilst the leaves marinate, add the sesame seeds to a dry skillet over a low/medium heat and toast gently for 3-4 minutes until lightly golden.Step 5
Toss the kale with the sesame seeds to serve.

I love this salad!!!! I made it as a side dish one night for family and they just raved about how good it was!! Will definitely make again. :)
