Keto béarnaise sauce requires a few ingredients that are low-carb and Keto-friendly. This sauce is ideal for enjoying when on a ketogenic diet without having to worry about extra carbs and additional processed sugars. In fact, it is very high in fats from egg yolks and butter. Traditionally, bearnaise sauce is made using the double boiler method. To keep it simple, we used a standing blender.

Unlike other Keto sauces, this Keto béarnaise sauce cannot be stored for more than two days at most. Since this béarnaise sauce does not contain any preservatives, we recommend making a fresh batch and warming it before serving. Because this Keto béarnaise sauce uses raw egg yolks, it is best to eat the sauce the same day it is made. To reheat the sauce, place the sauce in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for about 10 seconds. Then, use a whisk to mix gently and serve.

Melt the butter and let it cool to room temperature before starting. Crack the eggs, separating the whites from the yolks. Place the egg yolks in a blender.Step 2
Add the melted butter, a drop at a time, into the egg yolks while blending. Once the sauce begins to thicken, continue gently drizzling the butter. Let the blender run while pouring the butter in a thin stream until all the butter is exhausted. Occasionally scrape down the blender to ensure the ingredients are well incorporated.Step 3
Add the white wine vinegar, onion powder, and tarragon in a small bowl. Once the egg yolks and butter are fully incorporated, add the tarragon mixture, salt, and black pepper.Step 4
Mix to combine. Transfer to an airtight container. Serve immediately.
