Step 1
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and line a loaf tin with baking paper.Step 2
Add the flaked almonds, ground almonds, pecans and filberts to a food processor. Pulse a few times to create a chunky crumb/oat like consistency.Step 3
Add the butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, erythritol, vanilla and salt to a small pan over a low heat. Stir well to combine, melting the fats, until you have a smooth chocolate sauce.Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat and tip the nut mixture into the chocolate sauce. Stir well to combine, coating the nuts evenly.Step 5
Spoon the mixture into the lined loaf tin and, once cool, press into an even layer. Transfer to the oven to bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and the nuts are golden brown.Step 6
Set aside to cool completely then transfer to the fridge for 1 hour to set further. Slice into 6 individual bars to serve.
