Red Bell Peppers, Raw

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Cut the broccoli into bite sized chunks, dice the pepper into thick strips and quarter the radishes. Add to an oven proof dish.Step 3
Drizzle over the olive oil and sprinkle over the garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Use your hands to rub the seasonings all over the vegetables.Step 4
Transfer to the oven to bake for 20-22 minutes or until tender and slightly caramelized.Step 5
Sprinkle over the cheese and toss to combine, serve warm.
