Ingredients
Radish
4 medium - 3/4" to 1" diameter
Canned Tuna
2-½ ounce
Keto Ginger Sesame Salad Dressing
2 servings
Scallions
2 medium - 4 1/8" long
Cilantro
1 tablespoon
Pak Choi
1 head
Avocado
½ each
Cucumber
¼ large - 8 1/4" long

Step 1
Slice the tough base from the pak choi and separate the leaves. Slice the large leaves in half and add to a pan of boiling water along with any smaller leaves. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Drain and arrange in a large serving bowl to cool.Step 2
Thinly slice the radishes and scallions and finely dice the avocado and cucumber. Add to the bowl with the pak choi and toss to combine.Step 3
Flake the tuna into the salad and stir through.Step 4
Drizzle the sesame ginger dressing over the salad and stir gently to coat.Step 5
Scatter with fresh cilantro to serve.

The flavours didn't work for me. I would substitute tuna for prawns.
