Made this last night and it was pretty good! I’ll probably cook the mushrooms/onions a little more next time but over all good. If you have room in your carbs, I also grabbed a keto roll to go with it and it tasted so good soaking the broth up. I would call this more of a soup than a stew but either way it tastes good!

I don't get that this is a stew. I had to add 2 tsp cornstarch to thicken it. That didn't work. And it added more carbs. Didn't say how much olive oil to use, so did 2T. And like the other reviews wish it said how much is one serving. Had to just divide into 4 bowls and eyeball them. Kind of disappointed .

This is honestly the only recipe I have rated 5 stars and man it is sooo good! Great job! My whole family loved it and were an 8people household so it’s hard to find a good meal every now and then so thank you!

Wow, so good that I made it 2x in the same week for both myself and my mother! I added double the mushrooms and spinach.

Made this tonight; I added double the mushrooms and celery, half cup of Parmesan cheese, and chunks of bacon. Thought the soup had excellent flavor, just wish I had a keto saltine cracker or dinner roll option to go with it. Curious about the servings though, despite adding more celery and mushrooms, I'm not sure how the original recipe is only 4 servings. My family had 3 helpings and I would guess there are still 3-4 more left in the pot. Need something with more fats, though, to help with satiation. Regardless; 10/10, will make again.

This recipe is a keeper. More soupy than a stew, but so delicious. I might add extra the mushrooms next time!

Exactly it's difficult like this causeyou can measure the chicken raw desperately but what about the other ingredients because now you don't know when you dish the sauce if you get enough fats and how much carbs you dishing atc

I just made this and it pretty much filled two 32 oz containers. I used 2 chicken breasts, so it close to 2x the amount in the recipe. Other than extra chicken, followed the recipe exactly.

when it is ready, put another dish on the scale pour the food in it and weight it. In this case I would divide the amount that the scale shows by 4 and whatever the number is, that is one portion

Maybe use canned coconut cream and add curry and/or other Indian quisine seasonings?

Loved this soup a lot. I thought I would miss the carb element of rice or something but it doesn’t need it. I did put extra mushrooms just because I peraonally love mushrooms and it was perfect. A lot of flavor and very satisfying.
