Pork Fresh Leg Ham Whole Separable Lean Only Raw

Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
2 tablespoon
Cinnamon
1 teaspoon
Garlic
1 clove
Ginger Root, Raw
1 slice - 1" diameter
Salt, Sea Salt

Cloves, Ground

Step 1
Finely grate the ginger and mince the garlic. Add to a mixing bowl along with the syrup, cinnamon and cloves. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Add the gammon to the base of a slow cooker and pour over the syrup, ensuring the gammon is coated all over in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.Step 3
Add the water to the slow cooker.Step 4
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 until completely cooked through and the meat is falling apart. Slice or shred to serve.
