Ingredients
Chicken Slices
4 slice
Avocado
1 each
Cherry Tomato
2 cherry
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 teaspoon
Red Onion
1 teaspoon, chopped
Cilantro
½ tablespoon, chopped
Shredded Lettuce
½ cup, shredded
Red Chili Flakes by Sweet Tomatoes
¼ tsp
Salt, Sea Salt
⅛ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon
Recipe Steps

Step 1
Roughly chop the avocado and finely dice the tomato. Add to a mixing bowl along with the red onion, lime juice, chili flakes, salt and pepper. Mash together to form a chunky paste.Step 2
Divide the guacamole evenly between the four slices of chicken, creating a strip close to the edge.Step 3
Add the lettuce and divide between the four chicken pieces.Step 4
Scatter each with fresh cilantro.Step 5
Carefully roll the chicken around the filling, overlapping the edges to form a tight tube. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
