    how much of a difference in carbs etc is it without the fruit ? i’ve never added the fruit

      Puffed up but then sank back down. Tasted mostly like artificially sweetened egg but easy to make and filled my belly

          Are you sure you aren't accidentally using the tablespoon for baking powder vs. teaspoon? Too much baking powder could make it spill over

            you can deduct erythritol carbs, as your body does not utilize them.
