Cabbage
1-½ cup
Unsalted Butter
1-½ tablespoon
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic
1 clove
Thyme, Fresh
1 teaspoon, chopped
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Broccoli
½ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Cut the broccoli into bite sized chunks. Add to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until fork tender. Drain the water completely and set aside to steam dry.Step 2
Thinly slice the cabbage into strips. Thinly slice the garlic. Melt the butter in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the cabbage, garlic, lemon zest and thyme. Season and stir to combine, cooking for 3-4 minutes to soften the cabbage.Step 3
Add the broccoli florets, stir to combine and cook for a further minute or two until the cabbage has softened.Step 4
Sprinkle over the grated parmesan to serve.
