Keto Breaded Zucchini Chips
This simple side helps make your green veggies taste a little more appetizing. A low carb breading made of almond flour and parmesan gives a crispy coating that’s deliciously salty. Add this to any keto main meal for a fun way to eat your veggies!

Whisk together your egg in a bowl and mix together the remaining dry ingredients in a large ziploc bag.Step 3
Coat all the zucchini in the egg. Transfer the zucchini to the ziploc bag. Close the bag and shake to fully coat all the zucchini pieces. Finally, arrange all the breaded zucchini onto the sheet tray (you may need to bread the zucchini in 3-4 additions).Step 4
Bake the tray for about 25 minutes. Flip all the zucchini over and then bake for an additional 10 minutes. Enjoy hot with your main dish!
