  • Step 1

    Peel and slice the avocado into strips, add to a bowl.

    Add a tablespoon of the olive oil, lemon juice, spices and seasonings to a small bowl. Mix well to combine.

    Drizzle over the avocado slices and toss to coat.

    Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the spiced avocado slices. Pan fry for 2-3 minutes each side until warmed through and lightly golden.

    I do not like avocados so I wanted to try this to see if I could like them this way. The spices and frying definitely improves them! And that’s with eating them as is and not adding to a salad or other. I’m impressed.
