Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Heat the olive oil in an oven proof pan. Season the chops and add to the pan, cooking until browned all over.Step 3
Lightly crush the garlic and add to the pan along with the capers.Step 4
Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes or until cooked through completely.Step 5
Top the chops with tonnato dressing to serve.
