Melt the coconut oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Thinly slice the mushrooms and add to the skillet, cook through for 6-7 minutes until browned all over and tender.Step 2
Add the tahini and tamari and stir well, melting the tahini into the mushrooms. Cook briefly until the mushrooms are golden and coated in tamari and tahini. Serve hot.
