Keto Pizza Fat Bomb Melts

8 ratings

These savory fat bombs are all the flavor of pizza in one melt in the mouth morsel!

Packed with flavor and fat, these creamy snacks are rich with salty prosciutto, tangy parmesan, sweet tomato and aromatic Italian seasonings.

The recipe makes 6 large fat bombs but would work just as well divided by 8 or 10 for smaller bites.

I would think you could substitute the pork with browned ground beef or even rotisserie chicken

Would crispy turkey bacon work for you?

The math on servings doesn’t appear to add up. 2.5 servings equals a 3oz fat bomb. 6 servings per fat bomb? Ingredients makes 6 oz. It adds up to to fat bombs equaling 2 servings.
