Radish

Tahini
½ tablespoon
Lemon Juice
½ each - juice from one lemon
Garlic

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Remove any stalks from the radishes and arrange across a shallow baking tray. Drizzle with a little olive oil and roast for 20 minutes until tender.Step 3
Add the roasted radishes, tahini, lemon juice garlic and oil to a food processor.Step 4
Season to taste and blend to combine until thick and creamy.Step 5
Taste and adjust the seasoning if required or add more oil for a thinner texture. Optionally drizzle with extra oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds to serve.
