Low Carb Tex-Mex Cashews
While all nuts provide healthy fats and oils, some have way more carbohydrates than others. Cashews are one of the healthiest and most ketogenic-friendly nut options out there. A small handful makes an excellent snack, and cashews are a supposed mood booster as well. Mix together the seasonings listed below for a slightly spicy and flavorful twist on cashews. These also happen to taste great on top of salads!

Delicious!! I'm not a big salt person but I didn't find them overly salty or spicy. Next time I might add more cayenne for my taste. I let them cool and ate without adding lime or cilantro. Will try next time. What a great snack! For a serving, I eyeballed 6 equal parts on the cookie sheet after baking (I only had about 250g of cashews so I made less) and it's about a handful.

Yum! Careful with the salt ( heavy), cut down to 1/2, is better.

Really good! I left out the Cummins seed to make them on the mild side!

How do you measure a bowl? How does that convert to cups?

Right? If it makes 8 servings and 340 grams total, one serving is about 42 grams.

Has anyone tried these with another type of nut?
