Cream Cheese Spread
10-½ ounce
Spinach, Cooked From Frozen
2-½ cup
Garlic
2 clove
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon
Pine Nuts
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Parmesan Cheese
½ cup, grated
Cheddar Cheese
½ cup, grated
Basil, Fresh
½ cup, whole pieces
Mayonnaise
⅓ cup
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Thaw the spinach and roughly chop. Arrange in an oven proof dish.Step 3
Add the cream cheese, mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, Parmesan, cheddar, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl. Mix everything together well to combine.Step 4
Scatter the basil over the chopped spinach.Step 5
Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the spinach and stir everything together until well combined.Step 6
Transfer to the oven for 20 minutes to bake. Remove and scatter over the pine nuts. Return to the oven for a further 5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
