Ingredients
Green Beans (string Beans), Raw
3-½ ounce
Butter
1 tablespoon
Pine Nuts, Pignolias
1 tablespoon, whole pieces
Garlic
1 clove
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the green beans to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain completely.Step 2
Melt the butter in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Thinly slice the garlic and add to the pan, sweating gently until tender. Add the green beans, season to taste and toss in the butter. Sauté for a minute or two.Step 3
Add the pine nuts and cook for a further minute until golden.

The recipe gives 3 servings... but I had enough carbs left to have all 3 with my prosciutto-wrapped chicken breast (stuffed with garlic and herb butter). OMG it was amazing! I'm having it again tomorrow. Definitely restaurant-quality recipe!
