Keto Iced Coconut and Mint Green Tea
This Keto iced tea is packed with flavor and makes a refreshing low-carb beverage rich in antioxidants. Our low-carb drink is prepared with green tea, fresh peppermint, Keto sweetener, a hint of zesty lime juice, and creamy coconut milk. This beverage is perfect for hot summer days or as part of your detox routine.
Can you use a different sweetener?
We have used erythritol to sweeten our Keto iced tea. Green tea has a distinctive flavor and natural bitterness that is best offset by added sweetness. If preferred, you may use an alternative low-carb sweetener, adjusting the quantities according to taste. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.
What tea should you use?
We have used plain green tea bags for our refreshing Keto beverage. You can use any green tea bags you prefer, either plain or with additional flavors. If you do not have or wish to use fresh mint, you can even use green tea and mint tea bags!
How can you customize this low-carb drink?
This tea can be customized to your liking in many ways. You can substitute the lime for lemon, swap the mint leaves cinnamon or cloves, and replace the erythritol with sugar-free maple syrup.
