Ingredients
Olive Oil
2 tablespoon
Tamari Sauce
1 tablespoon
Red Cabbage
1 cup
Cabbage, Green, Raw
1 cup
Ginger Root, Raw
1 slice - 1" diameter
Garlic
1 clove
Red Onion
¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter

Step 1
Thinly slice the onion and cabbage. Heat the oil in a skillet or wok over a medium/high heat and add the cabbage and onion, cooking for about three minutes to soften.Step 2
Grate the ginger and thinly slice the garlic. Add to the pan and stir well to combine. Pan fry over a medium heat for a further 2-3 minutes until the garlic is tender and fragrant and the cabbage is soft.Step 3
Stir through the tamari sauce to serve.

I think that the nutrition facts in this meal are wrong. If we take each ingredient separately and their amounts and add , we will get a much higher net carbs and calories intake.

This is so delicious I did it on a old school wok so it got some wok breathe on it and left it slightly crunchy. I am going to definitely do this again. I also only had powdered ginger not fresh but worked out really well
