Keto Chili Garlic Snack Mix
This snack mix is super easy to make and is huge on flavor! I used sambal, a chile-garlic paste you can find in the Asian section, but harissa would be great too! Just look for a chile paste with zero carbs and no added sugars.

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Almonds, Raw
1 cup, whole pieces
Sunflower Seeds
½ cup, whole pieces
Raw Pepitas by Trader Joe's
½ cup
Sambal Oelek Paste Of Chili by Rooster
2 tablespoon
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
⅛ tsp
Recipe Steps

Step 1
Begin heating a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the oil and the nuts. Turn the heat down slightly to medium-low. Allow the nuts to toast for 6-7 minutes.Step 2
Add sambal and the salt (starting with ⅛ t and then adding an additional ⅛ t if you would like). Continue to cook for another 1-2 minutes to toast all the ingredients together. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Where is the garlic??? There is garlic in the name, but no garlic to be found in the ingredients or recipe

It says in description that Sambal is a chili garlic paste. Hope this helps.
