Olive Oil
4 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
3 tablespoon
Scallions
2 medium - 4 1/8" long
Coriander Leaf, Fresh
1-½ cup, chopped
Jalapeno Peppers, Raw
1 regular - approx 2" long
Garlic
1 clove
Lime Juice, Fresh
1 tablespoon
Lime Zest
1 teaspoon
Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated

Step 1
De-seed the pepper and finely slice the scallions. Add to a food processor along with the mayonnaise, olive oil, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, zest, apple cider vinegar and Parmesan.Step 2
Blend until smooth and well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Is it cilantro or coriander???:(

Hi, cilantro and coriander leaves are the same. The recipe calls for 1.5 cups cilantro. Hope this helps :)
