Tofu Shiritaki Spaghetti by House Foods
8 ounce
Parmesan Cheese
¼ cup, grated
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
¼ tsp
Black Pepper
½ teaspoon
Butter
2 tablespoon

Step 1
Drain the tofu noodles into a strainer and remove as much water as possible.Step 2
Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.Step 3
Once noodles are hot, add in the rest of the ingredients. Stirring to melt the butter. Room temperature butter works best.Step 4
Top with a little extra parm and black pepper as desired before serving.

What would be a good substitute for tofu? Spaghetti squash?

It would be a great substitute! However, it will have a lot more carbs vs. tofu noodles which have only 2 g per serving.
