Creamy Keto Broccoli Salad
This Creamy Broccoli Salad is an excellent recipe to add to your easy Keto dinners collection. It's a wonderful combination of tender broccoli, crispy bacon, and a creamy dressing you will love. Cheddar cheese, natural

Mayonnaise

Step 1
Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook until the desired crispiness. Remove from the heat, transfer to a large plate lined with paper towels, and set it aside.Step 2
Cut the broccoli into smaller florets. Discard some of the bacon fat from the pan, leaving some for the broccoli. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender. Remove from the heat and cool for a while.Step 3
Meanwhile, prepare the dressing. Add the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper to a small bowl. Mix to combine. Set it aside.Step 4
Peel and finely chop the onion. Dice the jalapeno peppers. Shred the cheddar cheese. Add the broccoli, peppers, onions, and shredded cheddar to a bowl.Step 5
Crumble the bacon. Add to the bowl with the remaining ingredients. Pour in the dressing and toss to combine. Taste and optionally add more salt or black pepper.Step 6
