Keto Edible Brownie Batter
I love finding new ways to make fat bombs that aren’t shaped into a ball. Edible Brownie Batter is a delicious way to get more fat into your diet. Almond flour is toasted in a pan to make it edible and then combined with cocoa powder, coconut oil, kosher salt, sweetener, and a little non-dairy milk. Finally, a generous amount of sugar-free chocolate chips are added, but feel free to skip this if you are trying to keep your carbs low.
Why does the almond flour need to be toasted?
By toasting the almond flour, you make it a ready-to-eat product as it is not safe to consume raw.
What kind of cocoa powder should I use?
Please use high-quality dark cocoa powder for the best chocolate brownie flavor!
How do I store the brownie batter?
Please store the brownie batter in an airtight container in the refrigerator. You can also freeze the batter for later consumption.
Serving suggestions
Please serve this Keto Edible Brownie Batter with a Keto Dalgona Coffee https://www.carbmanager.com/recipe/keto-dalgona-coffee.

Why are there two listings for coconut oil. I don't see that they are added separately.

I haven’t made this yet but looking forward to it. I am not familiar with the measurement for Monk fruit. Is it 1/3 cup?

Yes. That's how it looks if you create your own recipe, too.

That’s what I was wondering, too!
