    Chop the lettuce hearts and place them into a large bowl. Finely chop the fresh dill. Dice the scallions, and add them to the lettuce.

    Add the extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice when ready to serve. Toss to combine. Taste, and adjust to preference by adding salt, more dill, or lemon juice to taste.
