These were sooooo good I added 1 T homemade pickles and 1 T pickle juice, used bacon bits from Sam’s club left out chives, and used avocado oil put in mini food processor. I ate 4 halves for breakfast and will eat the other ones for lunch!!!

I’ll be eliminating the chives, maybe dill instead? And paprika!

Made this today..I didn't have chives so I added some onion salt and parsely. I didn't add salt or pepper. I also added a bit more cream cheese. Instead of making deviled eggs, I just cut everything up and mixed. Delish!! I didn't find it dry. Next time I will have 2 servings 😊

I followed the recipe and it was very dry. I added heavy whipping cream one tablespoon at a time. Three tablespoons made it creamy yet firm. Very tasty, I used bacon crumbles instead of slices. 3 tablespoons. I had better note that I doubled the recipe since I was using more eggs than called for.

Bacon did not need olive oil. Cooked alone. Added the olive oil to the mix later. I added a fresh jalapeños minced and a tad of mayo.

What a quick and wonderful snack or addition to a great meal! 🥚 After reading all the comments (thanks) I decided to up the Cream Cheese an ounce, 2 t. Mayo, 2 t. Pickle juice and a smidge of Mustard; whipped well and then added the bacon. This made 6 stuffed eggs. Next time I will do the same but also add 4-5 chopped capers. Yum!! Great on our salad! 😍
