Chicken Slices

Hard Boiled Egg
2 large
Chives
2 teaspoon, cut pieces
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Mustard
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Roughly chop the eggs and finely chop the chives. Add to a mixing bowl with the mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.Step 2
Divide the egg mayo evenly between the four chicken slices, creating a thick strip close to one edge.Step 3
Roll the chicken up around the egg mayonnaise so that the edges overlap, securing the filing in a tight tube. Serve immediately.
