Ingredients

  • Broccoli, Raw

    ½ cup, shredded

  • Raw Egg

    Raw Egg

  • Salt

  • Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet tray with parchment paper and set this aside. Prep the broccoli by chopping it into very fine pieces. It’s okay to leave some pieces a little chunky, but the finer the pieces the better.

    In a bowl, combine the broccoli and all remaining ingredients into a consistent mixture.

    Create 10 even portions of the mixture. Flatten each mixture into ¾-inch to 1-inch thick disks on the prepared sheet tray.

    Baked the tray of broccoli cheddar bite for 30 minutes. Enjoy hot or cold!

      mine got completely stuck & burned to the parchment paper :( did i do something wrong? i followed the recipe exactly as is

        Perhaps you flattened the bites too thin before baking? You could make them a little thicker next time. The only other solution I can think of here is make sure you are using parchment paper and not wax paper. Parchment paper is normally a non-stick surface, but you could use a light layer of pan spray to help out. Hope this helps!
