Ingredients
Pancetta
3 oz
Broccoli Florets Raw
2 cup flowerets
Capers
2 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove

Step 1
Add the broccoli florets to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until fork tender. Drain completely.Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and add the pancetta. Cook until browned all over.Step 3
Crush the garlic and add to the pan with the capers. Cook for a further 2 minutes to soften the garlic.Step 4
Add the broccoli and stir well. Cook for a further minute or two ensuring the pancetta is cooked through and golden.
