Ground Beef
½ pound
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder
0.5 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Tomato
1 small - 2 2/5" diameter
Romaine Lettuce
8 innerleaf
Cheddar Cheese
½ cup, grated
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the ground beef to a mixing bowl along with the oregano, garlic powder, salt and pepper.Step 2
Mix all ingredients together well using your hands and then divide into four even patties.Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over a medium heat. Add the beef patties to the pan, frying until golden brown all over and completely cooked through. About 8 minutes.Step 4
Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle each patty with 1/4 of the cheese.Step 5
To serve, arrange each patty on a lettuce leaf. Top with a slice of tomato. Top with the remaining lettuce leaf and secure with a toothpick.
