Best Keto Coffee Creamer

8 ratings

This is a slightly, sweetened delicious creamer that can be made ahead of time to adorn your nice, strong cup of coffee in the mornings or as an afternoon pick-me-up. Full of healthy fats, this creamer will help you meet your goals throughout the day. Feel free to replace the coconut oil with MCT oil.

Why is this low-carb creamer better than store-bought options?

Well, first of all, you control the quality of the 5 ingredients you are using, while with store-bought, there is a long list of components, of which some may be unhealthy additives and preservatives. This coffee creamer is also budget-friendly and takes only a few minutes to prepare, probably faster than the time it takes to visit the coffee creamer aisle at the store.

Can you make this coffee creamer without dairy?

Yes, you can. Just swap the heavy cream for coconut milk and the butter for more coconut oil. The dairy-free creamer has a thinner consistency than that with dairy, but it is just as delicious. A downside to making this recipe using coconut milk is that the creamer is more likely to split if it's too cold and the coffee is too hot. Let the dairy-free creamer warm to room temperature before pouring it into hot coffee or use it in iced coffee.

How long will it last in the fridge?

This sugar-free coffee creamer will last for 4-5 days in the fridge. If you can't use all of it within that time, you can prepare half the recipe.

Mine isn't really blending together really well. How long do we need to blend it with the post mixer? Should of my butter or coconut oil been melted first ? It's quite lumpy, perhaps it's was because I used double cream instead of heavy cream?

I kept whipping it for ages and now it's smoother but not light and fluffy more like a ricotta or soft cream cheese. Taste delicious though

This is so delicious! I added cinnamon to mine. Wow I wanted to lick the cup of my bullet when I was done combining everything. I only used 1 T in my coffee and it was great. Will definitely use often.

It's confectioner's or powdered sugar. Swerve calls it icing sugar.

I ended up adding 1 cup of half and half because it way too thick for my Vitamix. How do I calculate the nutrition value with the extra ingredient?

I'd say to make a new recipe in the app using the ingredients you used and add in whatever else to the ingredients to make it your own

It tastes wonderful! BUT it is so thick. Will have to microwave before using each morning. That is if I don't just eat it with a spoon as a fat bomb!😁
