These creamy Keto peanut butter fat bombs are rich with cocoa and a hearty helping of Keto-friendly fats. The fat bombs are prepared with a base of smooth peanut butter, coconut oil, and unsalted butter to create a delicious fudgy texture. Perfect for boosting your daily fat intake and satisfying a sweet tooth.
What Is A Keto Fat Bomb?
A Keto fat bomb recipe is designed to provide you with a bite-sized helping of Keto compliant fats, helping to keep your intake up throughout the day. Fat bombs may be sweet or savory and are a great option for snacking, adding to meals, or as a post-dinner treat. This Keto fudge fat bomb is a great sweet treat to keep on hand in the fridge, perfect for the whole family to enjoy.
Do I Have to Use Peanut Butter?
If you would rather not use peanut butter, this may be substituted for an alternative Keto-friendly nut butter such as almond butter. Simply follow the recipe as directed, subbing the peanut butter for almond butter. You may also add or adjust the flavorings to personal taste, adding a pinch of cinnamon or even pumpkin spice. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

Step 1
Melt the peanut butter over a double boiler on the stove or in a microwave. Add the melted peanut butter to a food processor along with the remaining ingredients. Blend well to combine until completely smooth. You may adjust the quantity of sweetener to taste or use an alternative low carb sweetener if preferred.Step 2
Spoon the mixture into a bowl. Transfer the mixture to the fridge for an hour to firm up. After this time, the mixture should be easy to scoop and shape with your hands. Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and shape into a ball with your hands. Repeat this process with the remaining fat bomb fudge. You should get 15 fat bombs from the mixture.Step 3
If the fat bombs are a little warm from shaping, you can return them to the fridge to chill and firm again before serving. Transfer to an airtight container and keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy as a snack between meals or as a post-dinner treat.

Pretty good. I used Skippy natural super chunky peanut butter, and I did not have the maple syrup that is listed, so I substituted Splenda monk fruit sweetener. The end result is decent but not my absolute favorite.

I’m allergic to coconut, can butter be substituted?

If I use salted butter can I omit the sea salt?

I just transfer the mixture to a freezer proof dish lined with grease proof paper and freeze for 1 hour. Then cut in to cubes. Delicious
