Add extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, and white wine vinegar to a small jar you can seal with a lid. For a recipe like this, it’s okay to use the best quality olive oil you can get your hands on because you’ll taste the quality of the oil. Let the fat and acids naturally separate in the jar.Step 2
