Ingredients
Cream Cheese Spread
5 ounce
Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon, grated
Bacon
2 slice - 6" long
Chives
1 tablespoon, cut pieces
Walnuts
1 tablespoon, chopped
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Add the olive oil to a small pan over a medium heat and cook the bacon until browned and completely crispy. Set aside to cool.Step 2
Whilst the bacon is cooking, add the cream cheese and Parmesan to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine. Transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up a little.Step 3
Crumble the cooled bacon into a small mixing bowl. Finely chop the chives and the walnuts and add to the bowl with the bacon and black pepper. Stir well to combine.Step 4
Use your hands to form a rough log shape with the cream cheese.Step 5
Tip the bacon mixture out onto a clean work surface or plate and roll the cheese log in the mixture, coating it on all sides.Step 6
Once the cheese is completely covered in the mixture, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up before serving.
