Ingredients
Lemon Juice

Cauliflower, Raw
1 medium - head - 5" to 6" diameter
Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Lemon Peel Or Zest Raw
1 tsp
Hot Chili Pepper, Dried, With Seeds
1 teaspoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Step 2
Bring the butter to room temperature and add to a small mixing bowl. Crush the garlic into the bowl and add the lemon juice, zest and chili flakes. Mash together to combine.Step 3
Smother the butter all over the cauliflower then season with salt and pepper.Step 4
Wrap the cauliflower in foil and transfer to the oven to bake for 25 minutes.Step 5
Remove the foil and continue to bake for a further 10 minutes until tender all the way through and golden brown on top.
