  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2

    Bring the butter to room temperature and add to a small mixing bowl. Crush the garlic into the bowl and add the lemon juice, zest and chili flakes. Mash together to combine.

    Smother the butter all over the cauliflower then season with salt and pepper.

    Wrap the cauliflower in foil and transfer to the oven to bake for 25 minutes.

    Remove the foil and continue to bake for a further 10 minutes until tender all the way through and golden brown on top.
