Keto Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

20 ratings

This side dish is made with just 2 ingredients: bacon and asparagus! The asparagus is cooked exactly right with a firm bite but tender exterior. The bacon adds the perfect amount of salt needed for a simply seasoned dish. Elevate your filet mignon or enjoy this as a snack with your favorite keto dip.

Excellent done in the air fryer. 380 degrees for 6 minutes, turn then 2 or 3 additional minutes. The tops come out crispy and very nice. I do not precook the asparagus, as they have been quite thin and tender.. I might if they were large or thick.

Add chopped garlic. Add chopped rosemary. Toss with olive oil before wrapping. Bake raw on parchment at 400 degrees, not fry! And enjoy COLD as well as hot. Perfect picnic food.
