Ingredients
Brussels Sprouts
1-½ cup, whole pieces
Ground turkey
1 oz
Garlic
1 clove
Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray
1 tablespoon
Sage, Dried
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
1 tablespoon
Red Onion
1 tablespoon, chopped
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Thinly slice the onion and crush the garlic. Heat the oil in a skillet over a low/medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sweat gently until soft.Step 2
Thinly slice the sprouts and add to the skillet along with the ground turkey, sage, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine and pan fry over a medium/high heat until the turkey is cooked through and the sprouts tender and golden. You can add a little stock or water whilst cooking if the pan gets too dry.Step 3
Stir through the dried cranberries to serve.
