Keto 5-Ingredient Fat Bombs
These wonderful Keto 5-ingredient fat bombs are super easy to make and taste fantastic! Peanut butter is combined with some cream cheese and rum extract for a beautiful flavor you will love. If rum extract doesn't sound good to you, replace it with the same amount of vanilla extract (or omit it completely). We also used a combination of chopped almonds and pistachios for this recipe, but you can add some more nuts according to your taste. This fantastic recipe is one of those easy Keto snacks for the entire family to enjoy, whether on Keto or not. Enjoy!
How to make these Keto fat bombs peanut-free?
Simply replace the peanut butter with the same amount of almond butter for a peanut-free version of these lovely fat bombs.
How to store the leftovers?
Store the leftover fat bombs in airtight containers and refrigerate for up to a week. You can also freeze them for up to 3 months in an airtight container.
What type of sweetener to use?
We used granulated allulose for this recipe. You can use any type of your favorite granulated sweetener or add a few drops of stevia. Adjust the amount of sweetener according to your taste.

Using a hand mixer on high speed, beat until fully incorporated. Taste and add some more sweetener if needed. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.Step 3
Meanwhile, add the mixed nuts to a small food processor. Process until the nuts are finely chopped. We used a combination of almonds and pistachios, but you can add some other nuts of your choice.Step 4
Spread the chopped nuts over a large plate. Remove the chilled mixture from the refrigerator. Scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture and shape it into a ball. Roll each ball in the nut mixture.Step 5
Refrigerate the fat bombs until ready to serve. These fat bombs are an excellent afternoon snack. They pair perfectly with some coffee or tea. Enjoy!
