Low Sodium Yogurt Dipped Strawberry Slices
If you like Greek yogurt, you’ll love dipping strawberries in them! For a healthy Keto snack, slice your strawberries first. Then, dip each slice into your yogurt. You can flavor the greek yogurt beforehand or leave it plain - that part is up to you. You can also add a variety of toppings to these strawberry slices! Freeze the yogurt-dipped strawberry slices for a cool treat that has a snap to it. You can also freeze your treat overnight if you like completely frozen pieces. This is an easy low-sodium Keto recipe you can incorporate into your diet if you’ve been directed to monitor your sodium levels. Since this recipe is Keto-friendly, you can utilize it as a snack instead of limiting yourself to just an occasional treat.
Strawberry topping ideas
Before you freeze your yogurt-dipped strawberry slices, you can add an assortment of toppings for extra flavors and texture. Some Keto toppings might include a dusting of cocoa powder, crushed almonds or another nut, or shredded unsweetened coconut. You might also try crushing dehydrated strawberries into pieces and sprinkling them on the Greek yogurt.
More Keto berries
Strawberries are not the only berries that can be eaten on the Keto diet. Other options include raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. These berries are all low enough in net carbs that you can safely eat some as a snack without knocking yourself out of ketosis. Try dipping other berries in yogurt as well!

Step 1
Slice strawberries into as many slices as you need (1 slice is 1 serving). Place the slices of strawberries between paper towels to absorb excess moisture. This way, the Greek yogurt will stick to the strawberries and not slide off.Step 2
Before you dip the strawberry slices into the yogurt, add the yogurt to a dish and stir it up to loosen the yogurt. Then, dip each slice of strawberry into about ½ tablespoon of yogurt. Arrange all dipped strawberries on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.Step 3
Optionally, add toppings to the yogurt before you freeze the strawberry slices. However, you’ll need to include any extra ingredients you use in your food log for accurate macros. Freeze the strawberries for as little as 30 minutes or you can freeze them for longer for a completely frozen treat.
