Hard boil 2 eggs in a pot over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Peel the egg shells and chop them into cubes. To a small mixing bowl, add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and water. Whisk to combine. The sauce should be of medium thickness in consistency.Step 2
