Ingredients
Radish
7 medium - 3/4" to 1" diameter
Scallions
5 small - 3" long
Dill Weed, Fresh
2 teaspoon, whole pieces
Capers
1-½ teaspoon
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Creme Fraiche
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Thinly slice the radishes, finely chop the scallions and dill and add to a mixing bowl along with the lemon juice, capers, salt and pepper. Toss to combine.Step 2
Add the creme fraiche and mayonnaise and stir well, coating the vegetables. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
