Ingredients
Chorizo
12 slice - 1-3/4" diameter x 1/8" thick
Shaved Manchego Cheese by Trader Joe's
12 teaspoon
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a large shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Arrange the chorizo slices across the lined oven tray.Step 3
Spread a heaped teaspoon of manchego across the top of each chorizo slice.Step 4
Sprinkle each cheese topped slice with a little oregano and black pepper.Step 5
Transfer to the oven to bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the chorizo is crisp.Step 6
Set aside to cool before serving.
