Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet tray with wax paper and pan spray. Place cold fat head dough down on the wax paper, and use a second sheet of wax paper to lay on top and press the dough down to an approximate ¼-inch thickness.Step 2
Chop the cooked chicken and bacon, if necessary, and arrange these on the dough. Next, the basil, then the cheeses. Leave an inch of space from the edge of the dough so a crust forms during baking.Step 3
Set the pizza in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then, drizzle the olive oil across the pizza before baking. Baking for about 20 minutes on a middle oven rack or until the dough has cooked through and a golden brown crust forms.Step 4

Excellent recipe. Easy to assemble and very tasty. I had to bake it for 25 minutes and it turned out perfectly. The pizza lovers in my family all loved it.

It's very easy to make. I use my food processor. Mix the cheeses, then add the eggs and flour. (Almond or coconut). Remove, Pack together with oiled hands, then roll out between parchment paper to 1/4" .

I was very skeptical but this was very good and definitely takes care of a pizza craving. It was way better than the frozen pizzas I've eaten. Even good warmed up the next day.
