Keto Quick Curry Fried Fish
This quick and easy Keto recipe is prepared with skinless sea bass fillets, lightly dusted in an aromatic breading of curry spices and ground almonds, then pan-fried until golden. These delicious fried fish fillets make a great Keto lunch or dinner option. Perfect served with an Asian inspired low carb slaw or some cauliflower rice.
Can I Use a Different Fish?
We have used sea bass fillets for our quick Keto fried fish recipe. If you would like to use an alternative fish, cod or another meaty white fish would make a nice substitute. Please be sure to adjust your cooking times and macros according to the fillet of fish you choose. We have used fairly thin fillets for a quick cook time; thicker fillets will require longer in the pan.
Can I Cook These in An Air Fryer?
We have pan-fried our Keto curried fish fillets in olive oil until golden. If you prefer, you may cook the fillets in an air fryer. Depending on the size of the fillets, you may need to cook them one at a time to ensure they fit in the fryer basket. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until the crumb is golden brown and the fillets are completely cooked through.

Lightly dust the fish fillets all over in the curry and almond mixture. The fillets should be coated in a thin layer of breading on both sides. You may add more seasoning or curry powder if desired.Step 3
Heat the olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over a medium heat. Swirl the oil around to coat the base of the skillet. Add the dusted fish fillets. Leave to cook on one side for a few minutes until lightly golden. Gently flip the fish and cook on the second side until golden and the fish is entirely cooked through. Serve alongside your preferred Keto sides.
