This Keto crustless pizza is prepared without a flour based base, is fuss free and is made in one skillet. This is a great low carb pizza alternative the whole family can enjoy. Perfect for a quick and easy Keto dinner with minimal prep and washing up!
Keto Crustless Pizza Ingredients
Our easy Keto crustless pizza is prepared with a simple base layer of melted and cooled cheddar cheese. Once the base layer is set, it is topped with passata, oozy mozzarella, salami, black olives and aromatic oregano. The pizza is then oven baked until hot and bubbling, then left to cool and firm before serving with a scattering of fresh basil.
Serving Suggestions
This crustless Keto pizza is heavy with cheese so is complemented perfectly by a simple garden salad. Alternatively you could serve with some low carb steamed veggies. This recipe makes one large pizza which serves two people.

Cheddar Cheese

Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup, grated
Oregano, Dried
1 teaspoon

Step 1
Select a medium oven proof skillet. Scatter the grated cheddar across the base of the skillet creating an even layer. Heat the skillet over a medium heat to melt the cheese together. Once the cheese has melted together in a uniform layer, remove from the heat to cool and firm a little.Step 2
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spoon the passata (tomato sauce) over the cheese base and spread evenly across the cheese in an even layer. Scatter the grated mozzarella across the top of the passata in an even layer.Step 3
Arrange the slices of salami across the pizza. Slice the olives in half and scatter over the pizza. Sprinkle over the dried oregano.Step 4
Transfer the skillet to the oven to bake for 10 minutes until golden and bubbling. The cheese should be melted and the salami hot through. Set aside for 5 minutes or so to cool and firm. Scatter with fresh basil. Once cooked but still warm, the pizza can be sliced and served.

I also do not know why this is rated so low. I love pizza crust, and for some reason when I eat this, even though there’s no crust, I feel completely satisfied. I also add other vegetable items I want for the day. It’s delicious.

Not sure why this has such a low rating. Definitely cures my pizza craving and it's very tasty. I just sub in my favorite toppings and it works for me!
