Chocolate Chips, Sugar Free
9 ounce
Peppermint Hard Candy, Sugar Free

Peppermint Extract
1 teaspoon

Step 1
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Melt the chocolate until completely melted.Step 2
In the meantime, crush the peppermint candy rounds into small pieces, reserving 2 tablespoons to decorate the top of the peppermint bark.Step 3
Once chocolate is melted, add in the crushed candies and the extract.Step 4
Pour the melted chocolate onto a silpat or parchment paper. Spread it into a thin layer in the shape of a rectangle (it does not need to be perfect). Top with 2 tablespoons of crushed peppermint candies and refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces and keep stored in the fridge!

These tasted amazing. Very enjoyable while eating them. A few hours after, you may experience what Harry in Dumb and Dumber went through! Dealing with gurgling stomach the entire day

Sure! Mix it in with the chocolate chips before melting the chocolate and then stir it together. Don't forget to add the additional fat count!
