Avocado Oil

White Onion
⅓ cup
Asda Frozen Cauliflower Rice
12 ounce
Tomato Sauce
⅓ cup
Coarse Kosher Salt by Morton
½ tsp
Garlic Powder
½ teaspoon
Green Bell Pepper
⅓ cup
Cumin, Ground
½ teaspoon
Chili Powder
¼ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat a medium-sized nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in the oil and then the onions. Saute for a couple minutes until translucent.Step 2
Add the frozen cauliflower and cook for 1-2 minutes.Step 3
Add the tomato sauce and give it a good stir to incorporate the sauce.Step 4
Add diced green bell pepper, salt and garlic powder.Step 5
Add the cumin and chili powder. Stir well and serve immediately!

I use canned tomato sauce- (salt & sugar free) tastes good, but I mix the herbs in the sauce before adding to pan- helps spread flavor throughout
